A Volunteers group started by common people who had joined together during 2015 flood in rescue and relief activities at Chennai and Cuddalore. Started in Dec 5 2015. Its now a government registered Society carrying out various welfare activities across the state of Tamil Nadu.
Our Registration Number 285/2016 D4V – இது 2015 சென்னை மற்றும் கடலூர் வெள்ளப்பெருக்கு சமயத்தில் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மக்களை காப்பாற்றி அரவணைத்து உதவிய சாதாரண மக்களால் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. தற்போது அரசு அங்கீகாரம் பெற்ற குழுமமாக பல சமூக செயல்பாடுகளை தமிழக மாநிலத்தின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளில் செய்து வருகிறது. D4V ன் குறிக்கோள், ” தன்னார்வலர்களை மக்களோடு இணைக்கும் முக்கிய (முதன்மை) பாலமாக இருந்து, இச்சமூகம் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி அடைய செய்தல், சமூக நீதிகளை நிலைபெற செய்தல்” ஆகும்.
